The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey announced on April 29 that its Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) system will be unavailable from Friday, May 8 at 5:00 PM until Sunday, May 10 at 5:00 PM due to required systems maintenance and an upgrade to the latest version of CM/ECF.

The scheduled downtime is expected to last for a total of 48 hours. During this period, users may not be able to access the electronic case filing system.

According to Jeanne A. Naughton, Clerk of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, “Thank you for your understanding in this matter.”

This maintenance is part of ongoing efforts by the court to ensure its electronic filing systems remain up-to-date and secure.

Users are encouraged to plan accordingly around these dates as access to important case management tools may be temporarily affected.
