24-7 Prestige Transportation and Courier Services, LLC has filed a lawsuit accusing a competitor of defamation and unfair business practices. The complaint was lodged in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey on November 24, 2025, against Jersey Drive Services, LLC and its owner Joseph Garcia.

The case centers around allegations that Jersey Drive Services engaged in false advertising and defamation to undermine Prestige Transportation’s reputation. According to the complaint, Prestige Transportation claims that Jersey Drive Services made multiple defamatory statements online about their services, falsely alleging unethical marketing practices such as creating fake reviews and exploiting vulnerable groups. These statements were reportedly made on social media platforms with large audiences, including Facebook groups where both companies are active members.

Prestige Transportation asserts that these false claims have damaged their reputation and financial standing. They argue that all their positive Google reviews are genuine feedback from satisfied clients and not fabricated as alleged by the defendants. Furthermore, they contend that Jersey Drive Services used these defamatory tactics to unfairly compete by misleading potential customers away from Prestige Transportation.

The plaintiff is seeking several forms of relief from the court. They request permanent injunctive relief to prevent further defamatory statements by the defendants. Additionally, they seek compensatory damages for reputational harm and lost business opportunities, consequential damages for ongoing losses, punitive damages to penalize wrongful conduct, and any other relief deemed appropriate by the court.

The legal representation for 24-7 Prestige Transportation is provided by Kyberia Legal LLC with attorney Lori P. Hager leading the case. The case is identified under Case No. 3:25-cv-17892-GC-JTQ in front of Judge GC-JTQ.
