The New Jersey State Bar Association announced on May 7 that its Annual Meeting and Convention will be held from May 13 to May 15. The event is expected to gather thousands of attorneys, judges, and professionals.

The Annual Meeting is considered a major occasion for the state’s legal community, providing opportunities for education and networking among members. Special ticketed events during the convention include lunch celebrations and a reception honoring incoming trustees and officers.

Authorities say Detective Mark Campagna pursued Omar Kebbabi without activating lights or sirens while off duty; Kebbabi died following a collision with another vehicle.
