In a recent court filing in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, Jennifer Mansion has filed a lawsuit against pharmaceutical giant Eli Lilly and Co. The complaint, lodged on November 7, 2025, alleges retaliation under the False Claims Act and Texas Medicaid Fraud Prevention Act, as well as national origin discrimination and retaliation under 42 U.S.C. ยง 1981.
