In a recent court filing, Jeffrey Higham has initiated a lawsuit against Bayer US LLC in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. The complaint, filed on November 3, 2025, alleges violations of multiple anti-discrimination laws including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (NJLAD). Higham claims that he faced discrimination based on age, gender, and disability following his prostate cancer diagnosis. Despite consistently high performance ratings and participation in Bayer’s Emerging Leaders Program, Higham was demoted and eventually terminated. The lawsuit seeks compensatory damages, punitive damages, and other forms of relief.
