In a recent court filing in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, Ding Gu, a resident of Delaware, has filed a lawsuit against Christopher R. Musulin, Esq., and Thomas J. Hoberman, CPA/ABV/CFF. The complaint accuses the defendants of fraud and civil conspiracy related to financial misrepresentations during divorce proceedings involving Gu. The suit alleges that Musulin and Hoberman intentionally misrepresented Gu’s financial activities to portray him as concealing assets, leading to severe personal and financial consequences for Gu. The plaintiff is seeking compensatory damages of no less than $5 million and punitive damages for what he describes as willful misconduct by the defendants.
