Agri Exotic Trading, Inc. has filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey against RF Broadway LLC, RF Hudson LLC, China Grill Management, Inc., and unnamed defendants John Does 1-10 and Richard Roes 1-10. The plaintiff alleges that the defendants failed to pay for perishable agricultural commodities supplied under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA). The complaint seeks to enforce payment from the PACA trust and claims an unpaid principal balance of $125,833.08, plus interest and legal fees. Agri Exotic Trading accuses the defendants of breaching credit agreements and invoices by not preserving or turning over PACA trust assets.
